I’m a safety professional certified in both Canada and the United States (CRSP, CSP), with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Health & Safety Leadership.
Over the years, I’ve led complex safety programs across high-risk operations, maintained OSSE certification for multiple consecutive years, and supported organizations through successful audits, training initiatives, and system-wide safety improvements.
My approach blends regulatory expertise with practical, field-tested solutions. I’m passionate about empowering workers, simplifying compliance, and driving measurable, lasting improvements in safety performance.

The Hardelos Approach
Hardelos Safety Solutions was born out of a deep commitment to people — to those who show up every day, in all conditions, to do the work that keeps our communities moving. After more than a decade working hands-on in the field of occupational health and safety, I saw a gap between what’s written in the policies and what’s actually happening on the ground. That’s where Hardelos comes in.
Rooted in my experience leading safety performance in BC’s aquaculture sector, Hardelos offers real-world solutions that balance compliance, operations, and care for people. Whether we’re helping a company prepare for an OSSE audit or designing practical SOPs for frontline crews, our goal is always the same: build safer, more resilient workplaces — not just for today, but for the long term.
With the support of an MBA in Health & Safety Leadership and the professional designation of Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), I created Hardelos to partner with organizations that want more than a checkbox approach.
